Capital Region became fully integrated with the University of Missouri 1/1/24. No support was provided this year. Schedule A, Part IV, Section E, Line 2b The Physician Health Program provides a service that is very valuable. The program expenses are not budgeted by Capital Region and the success depends on the support it receives from the Still Foundation and other organizations. Because Capital Region integrated with the University of Missouri, the CRMC organization will eventually cease to exist. For this reason the Still Osteopathic Medical Foundation was dissolved and the Atterbury Trust was transferred to the University of Missouri in accordance with the requirements of the trust. Remaining cash balance transferred to the University of Missouri.
