Form 990, Part V, Line 2a Part IX, Lines 5-10 Family Policy Alliance (FPA) does not file any W-2s as all employees are outsourced from a professional employment organization. FPA reimburses the professional employment organization for the employees' compensation and the reimbursements are reported on Form 990 Part VII, Section A and 990 Part IX, Lines 5 - 10. A portion of the compensation reported in Part VII, Section A, column (d) and (f) as paid by FPA is reimbursed by Family Policy Alliance Foundation (FPAF) for work that FPA employees performed for FPAF.
