The program provided the following services and support to 1,567 older adults. Connections to various District provided resources ,transportation resources, access to a vetted list of service providers, connections to programming from a variety of community organizations such as the 13 Villages in DC, Sibley Hospital, the DC library and others. Grant from Capital Hill Village totaling 26,132. 990 Part IX Line 11g Member Dues was also used to fund our programs. This dues was in the amount of 11,167.
