If it is approved, the Organization will then call the applicant to schedule an interview. Concurrently, the Organization initiates a background check on the applicant. After the interview and if the Organization accepts the applicant, they notify the applicant and the Board of Directors. For cash awards - Applicants are screened by the Organization's officers. If they meet the Organization's mission criteria applicants are interviewed by the Organization. Upon passing the interview and verification of applicants non-profit status, the applicants project needs and budgets are reviewed by the Organization's officers.
