The new board member is approved by a majority vote of all existing members. Part VI, Line 11a The tax form was provided to all board members at the October board meeting for review. Part VI, Line 12c The Board is given the policy at the beginning of each fiscal year. When they receive the form they are asked if there are any potential conflicts. If any conflicts arise during the year it is the responsibility of the member to disclose the conflict. Part VI, Line 19 The Academy maintains all the records at their physical location. A request can be made either via email fax or in person. Once the Academy receives the request it can provide the information back in the same manner or a manner as described in the request. The Academy does have a public records policy and any reproduction costs are handled as the policy states. Part XII, Line 2c Audit results are distributed to Board Members to review. The audit firm schedules a meeting with the Board to present the audit results and answer any questions. At the time of the submission of the 990 the audit has not been completed for fiscal year 2025. The compilation report will be filed in November 2025.
