At periodic times throughout the year, examples of possible conflicts are reviewed with employees and employees are required to update their form if they feel anything has changed with regards to possible conflicts. Form 990, Part VI, Line 15b Process to establish compensation of other employees For the compensation of other officers, different third-party information is used to ensure that compensation is in line with other religious organizations or para-church ministries. Some of these providers are local churches or ministries that work in a similar field. Information from the ECFA has also been utilized, which shows compensation levels for numerous positions for different regions of the country. Compensation levels are then approved by a compensation committee made up of at least 2 members of the international board. The compensation committee is empowered by the full board to determine officer compensation. Once approved, decisions are documented and signed by the committee members. This process occurs on an annual basis.
