After preparation, the Executive Director share Form 990 and all applicable Schedules with the Board Chair and Finance Committee Chair. After review by these Chairs, all documents are shared with the full Board of Directors for review and approval for submission during a regular board meeting. Part VI, Line 12c The organization's Conflict of Interest Policy is reviewed by the Board of Directors yearly. Board Members and Executive Employees are also asked to complete a Conflict of Interest Disclosure and adherence statement at the beginning of each year. Disclosure forms are reviewed by the Executive Director and Board Chair for any potential conflicts or concerns. If a concern arises, the issue is discussed with the full Board of Directors at a regular meeting. Part VI, Line 15a To determine appropriate compensation for the Executive Director, the following process is outlined in the organization's Compensation Policy. For executive employees, compensation should be researched and determined by the Board of Directors based on comparison to compensation at organizations of similar type, size and general location. Part VI, Line 15b The organization's Compensation Policy also states: Compensation for all employees should meet the following requirements: 1. Compensation should be reasonable but not excessive. 2.
