The Commission may also require interim reports. The reports must describe the progress in achieving the purposes of the financial assistance and include a detailed accounting of the uses or expenditure of all financial assistance. The recipient must also agree to provide any other information reasonably requested by the Commission. The Commission compiles quarterly reports on the status of all funded projects and provides the report to the funding agency. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 11b Draft of the Form 990 is provided to the Executive Commitee for review and recommendation to the Board of Directors. Any required revisions are provided to the tax preparer. The revised 990 is then approved by the Board of Directors and filed with the IRS. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 12c On an annual basis, each member of the board (governor) identifies potential conflicts of interest.
