During 2023 WCEL provided around 280 children and families a month with in-home therapy, care coordination and family support delivered in 5,420 visits during the year. The WCEL Early Learning sessions expanded to 5 locations across Whatcom County, offering an inclusive environment for developmental play and practicing social skills for over 300 children toddlers.
