Homeowners who live within the boundaries of the Santa Fe Historical District, an area in Kansas City, Missouri enclosed by the south side of 27th Street on the North, the West side of Indiana Street on the East, the North side of Linwood on the South, and the East side of Prospect Ave. on the West.(b)Associate Member. Renters, representatives of civil and business groups, private agencies, schools, church organizations, governmental agencies and other individuals interested in assisting in improving/enhancing the Santa Fe Area Council Neighborhood.(c)A member is in good standing when they are current in dues. Hardships will be addressed on an as needed basis. Member election for additional members Part VI line 7a The general officers shall be elected by the membership (full members) and shall constitute the Executive Committee (also known as the Board of Directors) and shall consist of the President, Vice President, Secretary, Assistant Secretary, Treasurer, Assistant Treasurer and Parliamentarian, and such others as the Councils bylaws may prescribe. All officers shall be Santa Fe residents and full members in good standing. Form 990 governing body review Part VI line 11 A copy of Form 990 shall be provided to the Executive Committee prior to approval. Members of the Executive Committee may comment on the Form and or raise questions regarding Form 990.
