The Board of Directors processes each individual request submitted and all distributions are made to U.S.-domiciled 501(c)(3) organizations in accordance with The Mennonite Foundation guidelines and exempt purpose. Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 6 The members of the Corporation shall be divided into two classes: the Mennonite Foundation Member and the Donor Members. The Mennonite Foundation Member shall be The Mennonite Foundation, Inc., an Indiana nonprofit corporation. The initial Donor Members shall be Myrl D. Sauder and Freida M. Sauder. Each Donor Member shall continue as a member until his or her resignation, incapacity, or death.
