The System provides highly accessible mental health counseling services and programs for individuals and families, which are aimed at putting MHCGM's clients on a path to wellness. MHCGM operates over 30 programs, is the largest provider of outpatient behavioral health services in New Hampshire, and is affiliated with the Department of Psychiatry at Dartmouth Medical School. MHCGM provides a broad range of services to approximately 5,500 people who have a serious and/or persistent mental illness. MHCGM also serves over 10,500 individuals and 2,900 children and adolescents. 6110873 0 10328705 Child & Adolescent Services:One in five children between the ages of 13 and 18 have or will have a diagnosable mental illness. The model emphasizes job development, rapid job search, time-unlimited follow-along supports, client preferences, and zero-exclusion criteria. Vocational specialists work side-by-side with clients in the community to assist them in reaching their job goals, to assist in managing work incentives, and to develop job leads utilizing face-to-face job development with competitive employers. (Continued on Schedule O)IPS vocational specialists also work collaboratively with vocational rehabilitation for clients who would choose to either return to school, or who would require other types of support not within the IPS model. The IPS team serves all CSS and medication services clients at the Center. Clients are screened for and referred to IPS directly from intake or at any time during treatment, including self-referral. As part of this relationship and transaction, the Organization registered for and secured the appropriate licenses to conduct gaming activities with the New Hampshire Lottery Commission. Granite State Poker Alliance LLC was contracted by the Organization to host, operate, and run gaming and casino events on behalf of the Organization during the fiscal year. Granite State Poker Alliance LLC was allowed under NH State gaming law to retain a portion of gaming income as a fee for use of their facilities, equipment, and staffing resources; the Organization itself was otherwise not involved with the maintenance or running of the games. Granite State Poker Alliance LLC collected all gaming revenues, kept the books and records for the charitable gaming days, and remitted the portion due to the Organization in accordance with NH Lottery regulations regarding charitable gaming activities. In accordance with NH RSA 287-D, Granite State Poker Alliance LLC was required to retain no more than 35% of the gross revenues from the games of chance, less any fees. Pursuant to these agreements and regulations, the Casino remitted to the Organization $20,161 in net gaming income. Additionally, the Organization received a relatively nominal amount of gaming income from a charity raffle held as part of its annual gala fundraising event. The raffle - as are all books, records, and financial reports of the Organization - was ultimately subject to the review and oversight of the Organization's CFO and finance committee. Revenues raised from fundraising charitable raffles are too immaterial to warrant a dedicated staff member, to allocate any employee or operational costs to the running of these games, or to designate specific volunteers.
