General explanation attachment The Stockton Chapter of The Links organization is devoted to establishing a link between adults and the youth population through activities designed to enhance the youth skills, abilities, and knowledge. In addition, we have developed a program with a local Women and children Shelter to provide information on services in the immediate area. Within our primary programs, we were able to serve over 250 studuents and adults, and the organization gave 5 scholarships to deserving students going away to college. Each year the Links also gives an award, called the Clemmie Award, to a communtiy members who shows committment and services through out the year to the students.
