The total amount of theft is as estimated at $208,265, with $50,159 in theft incurred during the fiscal year ending June 30, 2021 and $158,106 incurred during the fiscal year ending June 30, 2022. The former Director for Alumni Affairs did not obtain this position until July 1, 2021, therefore was not considered a disqualified person until the fiscal year ending June 30, 2022. The total excess benefit is calculated as follows:Theft - Fiscal Year Ending June 30, 2022-$158,106Restitution Paid to Date $125,000, less $50,159 to PY-$(74,841) Excess Benefit Transaction-$83,265 Members or stockholder classes and rights Part VI line 6 The Organization grants membership rights to donors. Donors elect the board of directors who make Organizational decisions.
