Any pay raises or starting salaries are set by the executive committee approval. Periodically, the WDB will do a comparison survey of a similar organization to set or adjust salaries. The Executive Committee has full authority to act on behalf of the entire board for personnel and other fiscal matters. Our accounting firm is completing our 2022 audit and was unable to get to our 2023 financials. We are having to self-file.
