Any costs associated with those efforts are paid by us or shared with other 501(C)(3) organizations. Non-Members can receive Free PDF copies, thru this the membors and non-members are solicited to attend various field work projects throughout the year in antelope habitat, predominately fence modications, but could also include brush removal, water hole construction, annual population survey's, etc. All members are encouraged to attend the monthly BOD meetings and give their thoughts, experiences and input on current issues. Any member who is in good standing may elect to Vote in the annual elections and to seek a Boad Seat themselves. Pt VI, Line 11b Sent out to the BOD via email PDF Pt VI, Line 12c An annual Conflict of Interest Statement is signed each year by all BOD members and is reviewed to make sure that we are in compliance. Pt VI, Line 15a There is NO CEO compensation or compensation for a Board Position. At times board members have been reimbursed for their expertise from the outside world to work on foundation items but the compensation is not be being on the board.
