<Desc>INTERNATIONAL FESTIVALS FESTIVAL PALAU COSTA RICA San Jose, Costa Rica | March 20-25, 2023 Partnering with more than 800 local churches and thousands of local believers, we proclaimed the Gospel on a massive scale, introducing hundreds of thousands of people to Jesus in person and through media. Rejoice with us that, in all, 18,624 people indicated decisions for Christ! In addition to the major evangelistic festival in the heart of the capital city of San Jose on March 24 and 25, this campaign included several initiatives reaching key groups throughout the region. Outreaches included two major gatherings for women, a business and civic leaders' dinner, two prison outreaches, meetings with government officials, and the festival itself. In addition, the Good News went out through live television broadcasts of the festival, radio interviews, and social media. The two-day, evangelistic festival featured musical artists Ingrid Rosario, Redimi2, Kike Pavon, Lilly Goodman, and more. Andrew Palau shared a clear Gospel message and challenged those in the crowd-and those who tuned in online- to give their lives to Jesus Christ. The children's zone with games, clowns, and a special Gospel program for kids drew young families to the festival. After crowds witnessed BMX athletes flying high through the air, many heard and responded to a Gospel presentation, right there in the Action Sports Zone (in partnership with The Stunt Dudes). This was just one of many creative Gospel opportunities through the two-day festival. The medical outreach blessed people in need with personal hygiene supplies, clothing, food, haircuts, and barber services. On top of that, people received care from doctors with specific specialties, all free of charge. FESTIVAL PALAU URUGUAY Montevideo, Uruguay | Nov. 13-18, 2023 We brought the light of Christ to the most secular nation in Latin America-Uruguay. Amidst the cultural darkness and the highest rates of suicide on the continent, we shared a message of hope. Hand in hand with thousands of local believers from nearly every denomination, we hosted a festival in the capital city of nearly 1.4 million people. Our Latin team emphasized just how unreached the crowd was; the right people turned up to hear the Gospel! Through live music, children's activities, and Andrew's message, 27,500 people were reached in person with the Good News and 4,565 people indicated decisions for Jesus Christ. All week long, gatherings throughout the region reached every sector of society. The Gospel was joyfully proclaimed at prison outreaches, dinner events, through media and TV interviews, and more. Local pastors remarked that the unprecedented representation of diverse denominations and political leaders in attendance was like nothing they had seen before. On top of the events that took place on the ground, our team also spearheaded an innovative digital evangelism strategy, sharing the Good News of Jesus through targeted social media ads. More than 149,865 people were reached with the Gospel ads throughout Uruguay, with 4,183 indicating a decision for Jesus Christ. CARRY THE LOVE KING'S CORONATION London, England | April 28-May 6, 2023 Carry the Love: London helped saturate this global city with the Good News of Jesus Christ during the lead-up to the historic King's Coronation events. The Palau team was overjoyed to play a critical role in this partnered effort with the Circuit Riders (a ministry of Youth with a Mission). Renting out a hall in the center of the city, dozens of churches, and hundreds of volunteers, hosted two days of evangelistic gatherings-drawing a young and vibrant crowd. Award-winning artists Guvna B and Elle Limebear headlined the evenings, with Andrew and Wendy Palau, as well as several others, joining them on stage to share clear evangelistic messages and powerful testimonies. In total, more than 1,000 people came out for the two-day outreach, and more than 100 individuals made a decision for Christ. As the weekend events concluded, hundreds of young evangelists were commissioned to take to the streets, sharing the Good News with everyone they met. God orchestrated conversations and holy moments, with people praying right there, on the spot, to receive Christ. We are rejoicing in the work God is doing in the U.K. It is tough soil. Difficult work. But God is breaking through. CHINA OUTREACH Beijing, Shanghai, Nanjing, and Huai'an December 3-10, 2023 For more than 26 years, Palau has built relationships and planted seeds for ministry in China. Luis first visited Hong Kong in 1997, and since then God has opened new doors of opportunity to share the Gospel. From the city of Harbin in the north to Hangzhou in the south, we've been given the clear blessing and authorization to share the Good News in many ways. Since COVID-19 hit in 2020, we have not been able to visit, but the local leaders made it clear they were eager for us to come back this year: "So many have forgotten about us. They have given up on China. You are the first to reach out and share your love and concern. We would love to have you return as soon as possible." With that, Andrew and the team traveled to China in December to share the Good News in four major cities (Beijing, Shanghai, Nanjing, and Huai'an). Throughout the 10-day tour, Andrew preached the Gospel in three large churches and to the entire student body at the national seminary. In all, more than 7,500 people heard the Good News. Our Gospel-sharing was further extended by distributing 5,000 evangelistic Christmas books. The favor shown us during this mission was astounding. Strategic meetings were held with the State Administration for Religious Affairs (SARA) and Reverend Wu (leader of the Chinese Christian Council in Shanghai). In each meeting, genuine relational connections were built and Andrew's authenticity and focus on the Gospel were deeply felt. Chinese leaders reflected that Palau's visit came at just the "right time." This year's events strengthened our unique bridges to the people of China and set the stage for even greater ministry in the future. PALAU FESTIVAL EGYPT Cairo, Egypt | Sept. 29-Oct. 8, 2023 Over the decades, Palau has built a rich friendship with ministry partners in Egypt and the Lord continues to open doors for ministry. Working with dozens of Egyptian churches-including the largest Protestant church in the Arab world, Kasr El Dobara-and thousands of local believers, we held several days of outreach and dozens of evangelistic events, reaching tens of thousands of people with the Good News. It all culminated in an evangelistic festival just outside of Cairo, Egypt. Through all of the outreaches, over 30,000 people heard the Gospel with over 4,250 people accepting Jesus as their Lord and Savior. Before heading to Egypt, Andrew and Wendy were invited to visit Iraq to connect with local leaders to listen and discern where the Lord might be opening doors for our team to share the Gospel in this very hard-to-reach nation. And God was already opening doors! Andrew shared the Gospel at the largest church in Baghdad and many responded to the Good News. As Wendy shared her testimony with a gathering of women in Erbil, many were deeply moved and Wendy prayed individually with a number of them. The Holy Spirit is stirring hearts in the Middle East! We are excited to see how God continues to break down walls and bring people to Himself in this part of the world. LOVE NAIROBI FESTIVAL Nairobi, Kenya | Sept. 11-17, 2023 More than 150 events took place over two weeks throughout the capital city of Nairobi. Home to more than 9 million people, it was the only way to truly saturate the region. From medical clinics to prison outreaches, school assemblies to gatherings with business and civic professionals-the team worked with local church leaders to orchestrate the mass effort to reach as many people as possible. And with more than 2,000 local partnering churches, thousands of local believers, as well as the help of volunteers from around the world, the results were truly God-honoring. Celebrating the culmination of the months-long nationwide campaign, thousands of people gathered in the capital city of Nairobi for the capstone event. Led by Andrew Palau, the festival weekend included a kid's area and children's stage performance led by evangelist Duggie Dug Dug from the United Kingdom, an action sports show with professional BMX and FMX athletes from the United States and South Africa, and performances from local favorites Evelyn Wanjiru, Christafari, Jabidii, King Kaka, and more. The high moment of both evenings was a message of biblical hope given by Andrew, followed by music from internationally acclaimed worship leader Don Moen. Future International Festivals</Desc>

<Desc>U.S. FESTIVALS SUNDAY SERVICE at SXSW Austin, TX | March 12, 2023 For the first time in the history of SXSW, a group of Austin-area churches hosted an officially sanctioned evangelistic gathering at the world-renowned annual conference. Excited by the opportunity, they asked the Palau Association to help lead the charge. Together, we saw God move in this mecca of secular culture. For years, SXSW has been a major driver of global art and technology. Attendees from around the world descend upon Austin to learn, launch, network, and dream. They are the best and the brightest in their fields. They influence culture-for better or worse. This year, they also had the opportunity to encounter the living God. Taking over the iconic Stubb's Bar-B-Q, we gave SXSW attendees an opportunity to experience powerful music, enjoy free BBQ, and learn from panel discussions with Christian leaders in the tech industry. The lineup was stacked with inspiring voices including Grammy award-winning artist Lecrae, virtual reality expert Renji Bijoy, and former Meta executive Nona Jones. Throughout the day, Andrew and others shared the Good News and gave opportunities for attendees to commit their lives to Jesus Christ. Pat Gelsinger, CEO of Intel, generated a lot of excitement in the program. He and the other speakers clearly shared how their faith in Christ impacts their work and leadership. GREATER KLAMATH CITYFEST Klamath Falls, OR | May 23-27, 2023 Over 50 churches partnered together to serve the region and proclaim a powerful message of hope in Jesus through evangelistic gatherings, training events, and community service initiatives. Throughout the week leading up to the festival, Andrew and Wendy Palau led multiple outreaches, including a gathering for young athletes (in partnership with FCA), a dinner for men from the community, two gatherings for women, and outreaches at local schools and prisons. In total, Greater Klamath CityFest delivered the Gospel to more than 13,300 men, women, and children-that's more than 50% of the total population of Klamath Falls! The culminating one-day festival, held at the Klamath County Fairgrounds, featured award-winning artists Newsboys, Ryan Stevenson, and Marisol Park. It also included an interactive outreach for kids, in partnership with Kids Blitz, action sports demonstrations in partnership with The Stunt Dudes, and a Family Fun Zone featuring 41 different volunteer-hosted activities for kids, including a mechanical bull, carnival games, a petting zoo, a gaming tent, pony rides, and more. As a capstone to the evening, Andrew shared a clear Gospel message and invitation with thousands in the crowd. More than 700 people raised their hands to accept Christ and pray with a trained festival friend. Decision-makers received our Made New discipleship book, and each person's information was matched with a trained, caring local church to help them grow in Christ. Future U.S. Festivals</Desc>

<Desc>DIGITAL MINISTRY: Inviting the World to Know Jesus We are harnessing the power of digital technology to exponentially increase our Gospel reach. From the very beginning, Palau has utilized media to blanket the earth with the Gospel. From worldwide radio broadcasts to a massive social media community, we're carrying Jesus' message of hope farther and faster than ever before. HOPE WITH GOD and SI HAY ESPERANZA Imagine with us . . . what if every person on earth had immediate access to the Gospel and Christian community? In 2023, we sent the Gospel to nearly every nation on earth! Every day, our Gospel invitations are sent to over two million people on social media, in English and Spanish. This is unprecedented access to broadcast the Gospel on major advertising platforms. No one knows how long it will last. Through partners like you, we are taking full advantage of this tremendous open door. Heartfelt Gospel messages from Andrew and Wendy Palau creatively engage spiritual seekers, connecting with the lost in their moment of need. They can say, "Yes!" to Jesus from right where they are. CREATIVE DIGITAL EVANGELISM CAMPAIGNS My Darkest Moment: In the dark and desperate seasons of life, billions of people search for answers online. And we know...Jesus is the only one who offers true and lasting help. We created the My Darkest Moment campaign to connect people with Jesus in their darkest hour. Featuring stories from people in the U.K. along with Andrew and Wendy Palau, five beautiful videos were sent to nearly 25 million people in the darkest months of the year. Go to darkestmoments.com for more information. U.S. Local Church Texting: We believe one of the most valuable things we can offer a new believer is connection with a local church. Thanks to our partnership with Gloo, digital decision-makers in the U.S. can now text with a caring believer from a church near their home-moments after choosing to follow Jesus! These church representatives are trained to pray and mentor new believers and spiritually curious seekers, helping them move toward knowing God, and maybe even coming to church for the first time. Since the launch of this campaign, we've helped nearly 10,000 people in the U.S. initiate a local church connection over text message. Hard to Reach Places: The most powerful aspect of our digital ministry is our ability to send the Gospel to millions in the hardest to reach countries. This year, we invested in reaching the 50 nations that are most closed to the Gospel. Nations like Afghanistan, Pakistan, India, Bangladesh, Somalia, Saudi Arabia, Iraq, and many more. This year alone, over one million people have indicated decisions for Christ in the hardest-to-reach countries! Fully Alive: Andrew's Fully Alive Gospel campaign speaks to the struggles of men worldwide, honestly addressing the many paths that look right to a man . . . but in the end lead to death. So many men have looked to success, independence, or pleasure to find fulfillment in life, only to be wounded by the world's false promises. Andrew's six video messages inspire men with the powerful truth that it's never too late to get on the path that leads to abundant life-the path to Jesus Christ. alive.hopewithgod.com Digital Discipleship: When someone indicates a decision to follow Jesus, they are not left to wonder, "What next?" Rather, they're immediately welcomed onto a comprehensive discipleship pathway. All digital decision-makers receive access to the Made New discipleship program, which lays a solid, Biblical foundation for the first 50 days of their new life in Christ. Daily audio devotionals, YouVersion reading plans, and the Gospel of John in their Made New e-book, help them grow with Jesus. New believers are invited into our nearly 20 million-strong global social media community, where they can support one another while accessing daily biblical encouragement and video teaching from Andrew and Wendy Palau. This year we're even filling their TikTok feeds with spiritual support.</Desc>

<Desc>GLOBAL NETWORK OF EVANGELISTS In the months leading up to the Love Nairobi Festival, our Global Network of Evangelists (GNE) team hosted citywide festivals in five surrounding regions between May and September. Through conversations and prayer with church leaders throughout Kenya, we discerned where the Lord was forging partnerships with the local church and opening doors for ministry. The festivals featured main-stage musical performances and clear Gospel presentations along with street evangelism, service efforts, and outreaches at schools and prisons. Partner evangelists also trained and encouraged the local Christian community in evangelism. These outreaches also blessed and developed GNE partner evangelists, providing individual evangelists the opportunity to serve together and magnify their impact and also learn from other evangelists on the ground by serving together. Lastly, the outreaches helped identify and affirm local Kenyans with the gift of evangelism and connected them to Advance Groups-regional small groups to disciple and grow evangelists personally and in ministry. In total, the Love Kenya campaign reached an astounding 224,197 individuals in person, with more than 28,500 recorded decisions for Jesus Christ. As a young evangelist, Luis Palau was invited to glean from the experience and wisdom of Billy Graham. As his ministry progressed, Luis committed to do the same for others, knowing that in God's Kingdom, we are better together. Through that vision, the Global Network of Evangelists (GNE) was born. The vision of GNE is to create communities of evangelists around the globe who are committed to completing the Great Commission together. Palau does this by identifying, affirming, equipping, connecting, and mobilizing evangelists. And over the last 25 years, we've grown this network to include 2,822 members! CREATING A GLOBAL COMMUNITY: Your partnership makes it possible for us to create communities of evangelists who support and sharpen one another. Members grow in wisdom through coaching, ongoing small groups with rich curriculum (called Advance), and are knit together in their local context through unified country networks. To date, 56 country networks have been established, and ultimately, our vision is to foster a thriving network of evangelists in every nation of the world. COLLABORATING ON THE GROUND: This network opens doors for emerging evangelists, affording many their first opportunity to proclaim the Gospel globally. The five collaborative Love Kenya festivals are one beautiful example. EXTENDING THE IMPACT OF THE GOSPEL: Partners came together in the U.S., Asia, Africa, Europe, South America, and Central America. Young evangelists were spurred on by seasoned ministers of the Gospel. Because of GNE, this year alone hundreds of thousands heard the invitation to know Jesus personally.</Desc>

<Desc>Hope with God Radio: Hope with God Radio with Andrew and Wendy Palau carries Luis's prolific radio ministry into a new era. With original, culturally relevant messages, we aim to bless and encourage both believers and the lost five days a week with the life-changing truth of Scripture. All over the world, these radio programs meet people in their everyday struggles with Gospel-centered hope found only in Jesus. Beyond the airwaves, these messages are distributed through podcasts, on social media, and in our email devotionals to extend the reach. YouVersion: Through our thriving partnership with YouVersion, we publish Bible devotionals and reading plans for new believers directly on their proven, innovative platform. We now host 39 Bible reading plans with subscriptions from 306,107 people. As part of our follow up process, we consistently guide decision-makers to the YouVersion Bible app where they'll have free, unlimited access to God's Word in their native language. There, they can explore our devotional plans, receive encouraging reminders to be in the Word daily, and even find a local church through YouVersion's local church finder feature. Spanish Audio Drama Bible: More than one million people have been blessed by hearing God's word through the Spanish Audio Drama Bible. The app features some of Latin America's most prominent actors who enliven the scripture and bring God's word to life. The creation took more than two years to produce and the collaborative team is now working on a Portuguese version. Palau incorporates the Spanish Audio Drama Bible into all we do in Latin America. 2,000 evangelists listened to scripture together at their monthly Advance small group gatherings. Costa Rica and Uruguay festivals invited thousands of believers to encounter Jesus more deeply by sharing the Audio Bible through counselor trainings and the new believer follow-up reading plan. Over 1 million people have downloaded the Spanish Audio Drama Bible app. Mobilizing & Equipping We are always developing new and innovative ways to mobilize and equip the body of Christ in evangelism. From digital training resources to unprecedented live events, we take every opportunity to prepare and motivate believers toward culturally relevant, clear, and winsome Gospel sharing. Evangelism Master Class: In collaboration with ministry partners, we created the first-of-its-kind Evangelism Master Class, hosted by Kevin Palau and Ed Stetzer. It's an eight-part video series, full of actionable training and timely cultural insight to equip today's Church in the United States. This series has the power to shift the rudder of the Church in America, realigning believers with the compassionate heart of Jesus, and ushering in a revived era of evangelism. Leaders from thousands of churches have already enrolled in the course and this is just the beginning. CID Talks: CID Palau is a digital platform of Ted Talk-style events and videos featuring innovative Christian leaders from across the Latin world. Experts in culture, design, and technology speak to how faith can intersect and advance the Church in spreading the Gospel in fresh, culturally relevant ways. This year, our live event hosted 2,000 in person and thousands more online with predominantly Gen-Z and millennial viewers. Our keynote speakers, some of the most influential figures in the Latin world, dynamically shared their expertise through interactive conversations in a relaxed atmosphere. We also hosted a gathering with 200 local pastors where Andrew shared about the CID vision and encouraged them in their ministry. Instituto Biblico Luis Palau (IBLP): The Luis Palau Association has spent more than a decade training Spanish-speaking pastors and leaders with a powerful, in-depth, online curriculum. Working with several strategic partners, this online Bible Institute has become a valuable training resource for Christian leaders throughout the Spanish-speaking world. IBLP is unique in its practicality and its prioritization of Gospel sharing as the essential shared mission uniting all denominations. Palau Prayer Team: At the Palau Team, we recognize the power of prayer. And we thank the Lord for our amazing prayer warriors who go before us and behind us in prayer through all our endeavors. Led by Gail Stockamp, Wendy Palau, and Pat Palau, this group was started in 2015 with a focus on praying for revival throughout the world. This faithful group of prayer partners plays a vital role in the work of the ministry, lifting up each and every one of Palau's initiatives in prayer on a daily basis. When we pray together, the Lord opens doors-and hearts-in ways we never could have imagined. Prayer is the heartbeat of any great move of the Holy Spirit. From New York City to Haiti, Africa to China, the humble prayers of men and women have made all the difference in the evangelization of the world.</Desc>

<Desc>CITY GOSPEL MOVEMENTS Our culture feels dark and divided. Many have yet to see the true heart of Jesus. The Church's response in this unique moment is vital. Yet, evangelism does not come naturally to most. Even churches who value it immensely report that without a concerted, unified focus on evangelism, it gets sidelined in their ministry. According to a recent Barna study, only 5% of U.S. pastors say their church is "very effective" at reaching out to unreached people. Your partnership is changing this story. Our City Gospel Movements team exists to celebrate and accelerate collaborative Gospel work by encouraging evangelism in cities across North America. And in 2023, we saw God move in exciting ways. 2023 HIGHLIGHTS: Hosted 200 leaders from 60 cities in Phoenix for the third annual in-person Evangelism Team Lab. Hosted three virtual Learning Labs-opportunities for Evangelism Teams to share stories and learn from one another. Launched nine new resources to support Evangelism Teams across North America as they interview pastors to get the pulse on evangelism in their cities. Increased integration with festivals to more effectively elevate evangelism in cities . . . before and long after a Palau festival TOGETHER 2023 Portland, Oregon | July 23, 2023 Portland's City Gospel Movement-known as Together PDX-is just one expression of the kind of collaborative outreaches in cities throughout North America to elevate evangelism. More than 130 churches throughout the Portland metro area banded together this summer to show their region the overwhelming love of Jesus. Believers stepped up to prayer-walk the city, serve the homeless and others in need, and share the Good News. These efforts culminated in a worship gathering on the Portland Waterfront on July 23 with more than 1,200 people gathering in unity and worship. The night included lawn games, food trucks, and worship led by local churches and special guest, Matt Redman. Wendy Palau came alongside a young, new believer as she bravely shared how knowing Jesus has transformed her life. She accepted Christ after hearing God speak to her while she was sick and in the hospital. After this amazing breakthrough, she was healed and reached out to a local church to connect with fellow believers despite her family's requests for her to not become a Christian. Her faith was evident and encouraging to many. After many hearts were softened through the young woman's story, Andrew shared the hope of Jesus Christ and invited people into a new life with God. Many responded to the Gospel, and this was just the beginning! The Church in Portland has been immensely inspired and uplifted by this campaign and will continue to unite, connect, strengthen, and serve one another in an effort to further bless the Portland/Vancouver area. Throughout the year, the Portland Evangelism Team worked with more than 150 churches in the Portland metro area to collaboratively pray, serve, reach the lost, and support one another.</Desc>

<ExplanationTxt>(Expenses $ 1,402,536 including grants of $ 56,228)(Revenue $ 150,962) GLOBAL NETWORK OF EVANGELISTS In the months leading up to the Love Nairobi Festival, our Global Network of Evangelists (GNE) team hosted citywide festivals in five surrounding regions between May and September. Because of GNE, this year alone hundreds of thousands heard the invitation to know Jesus personally.</ExplanationTxt>

<ExplanationTxt>(Expenses $ 1,183,134 including grants of $ 194,573) Hope with God Radio: Hope with God Radio with Andrew and Wendy Palau carries Luis's prolific radio ministry into a new era. From New York City to Haiti, Africa to China, the humble prayers of men and women have made all the difference in the evangelization of the world.</ExplanationTxt>

<ExplanationTxt>(Expenses $ 1,032,097 including grants of $ 28,661) CITY GOSPEL MOVEMENTS Our culture feels dark and divided. Throughout the year, the Portland Evangelism Team worked with more than 150 churches in the Portland metro area to collaboratively pray, serve, reach the lost, and support one another.</ExplanationTxt>
