Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 11b Form 990 is reviewed by the President and Treasurer and distributed to the Board for review prior to filing with the IRS. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 12c In cases of actual or potential conflicts of interest, the interested person must disclose the existence of their financial interest and provide all the relevant facts to the Board of Directors or its Committees with delegated powers considering the proposed transaction or arrangement.
