Our fitness center offers a full gymnasium featuring cardio, free weights, and weight machines, Pilates, yoga cardio mix, women & weight classes, nutrition, private personal training with any of our certified trainers, and our prescription for exercise program. Physicians from regional medical practices refer patients who are obese, are at risk of obesity. or who have obesity related health issues to a six-month guided exercise program. Our membership is representative of 35 communities and ranges in ages from birth to 92 .
