The Alliance's management is in constant contact with the grantees regarding the use of the funds and requires regular reporting by the grantee, including substantiation of expenditures related to the awards. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 12c Members of the Alliance's Board of Directors are required to complete conflict of interest questionnaires on an annual basis. Ranges are set for jobs within YMCAs throughout the nation and the Alliance follows this guidance. Review procedures established by the National YMCA are used to gauge an employee's performance and the corresponding percentage raise for the employee. The CEO's compensation is reviewed annually by the Executive Committee using the YMCA of the USA guide for that fiscal year.
