Member election for additional members Part VI line 7a Full member companies each have one vote in board elections. Form 990 governing body review Part VI line 11 The taxpayers tax preparer firm forwards IRS Form 990 and California Form 199 to the executive director, who forwards it to the board for their review and approval prior to filing. Questions funnel to the executive director, who either answers them or asks the tax preparer firm to address the questions. The tax preparer firm can be remotely access by board members either via email or video call to answer additional questions relating to federal Form 990 and state form CA199 before they are filed.
