Other Liabilities - Balance Sheet Part X Southern California Housing Rights Center provides to its regular employees and part-time employees working at least 24 hours per week, as part of its Employee Benefits, vacation leave based on employees years of service to the Organization. Vacation hours are accrued up to a certain limit. Unused vacation hours are reflected on the books at its current value based on the employees current salary rates. Applicable Federal FICA social and Medical taxes are also accrued on the books.
