In accordance with the Foundation bylaws, its Board of Trustees is comprised of the members of NSU's HPD Board of Governors and three person's appointed by NSU's Board of Trustees. The Board of Governors advise the NSU Board of Trustees on all matters pertaining to NSU HPD including the operation, planning, programming, expansion, budget, investments, scholarships and selection of the NSU HPD Chancellor. Schedule A, Part IV, Section E, Line 2a: Annually, 5 percent of the fair value of Foundation assets (excluding amounts classified as other investments, deposits, and accrued investment income) are transferred to NSU for the future use of NSU's Health Professions Division.
