Rotary District 5030 is comprised of 52 individual Rotary clubs. Its purpose is to provide training and to assist and support the clubs in providing service projects in their local communities and internationally. 0 0 211010 0 184982 Major District Events. In 2023-24, District 5030 held a District Conference in October 2023 and a year-end Celebratory dinner in June 2024. All Rotary club officers and Rotarians were invited to both events. Approximately 280 people attended the District Conference event and 380 at the Year-End Celebratory dinner. 119648 119648 119626 The District 5030 Foundation Committee disburses funds received from the Rotary Foundation DDF (District Designated Funds), in the form of grants to Rotary Clubs in District 5030. The clubs apply for the DDF grants. In 2023-24, 37 grants were made. 101492 0 0 THE DISTRICT PROVIDES LEADERSHIP AND OTHER TRAINING TO CLUBS AND THEIR LEADERS, AS WELL AS TO DISTRICT LEVEL VOLUNTEERS. DISTRICT LEADERS ALSO ATTEND TRAINING SESSIONS AT THE ZONE AND INTERNATIONAL LEVEL. A WEB SITE IS UTILIZED AS A RESOURCE FOR CLUB LEADERS.
