The Organization facilitated fundraising, collected funds, maintained fiscal ownership of those funds, and disbursed those funds out as directed by movement leaders and partners, as well as other not-for-profits. As of January 1, 2023, the Organization redefined its role as a fiscal sponsor for these programs and as such included and reported all related revenue and expenses on its statement of activities. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 12c The conflict of interest policy is distributed annually to all directors and officers. Each director and officer must sign a statement that affirms that he or she has received a copy of the policy; has read and understood the policy and agrees to comply with the policy.
