In 2004, MRCI became certified by the Department of Human Services as a Fiscal Support Entity. In 2010, MRCI received certification following a readiness review for VDHCBS services. A Fiscal Support Entity is an umbrella agency that offers a wide range of Fiscal Employer Agent services including Consumer Directed Community Supports. In 2018, MRCI was granted an RFP from the State of MN to continue providing Fiscal Employer Agent services throughout the state as a Financial Management Service.
