Charges were dropped, but we helped them defend themselves. In addition, we paid $11,292 on insurance, supplies, meals, professional development, staff incentives, classroom supplies, accounting services, advertising and promotions, bank fees, conferences/meetings, contractors and State Licensing Requirements. Our organization went through a crisis and the entire board resigned and a new board took over.
