With so many problems that the world faced by the onset of the Covid-19 pandemic, many families struggled with even the basic essentials of life, including a quality education for their children. These contracts include all terms and conditions for the ways and methods in which we must use all awarded funding. Also, our Board of Directors meet with our project managers who volunteer their time with our students. Once funds are distributed to families of registered parents, the amounts are recorded and presented at all Board meetings and minutes along with financial reports are reviewed and approved through a majority vote of Board members. Staff is responsible for ensuring that all grants that exceed more than $600 to one household is documented and a W9 form is collected from such supported families.
