Understands the organization is charitable and in order to maintain its federal tax exemption it must engage primarily in activities which accomplish one or more of its tax-exempt purposes. In connection with the execution of the annual disclosure statement, each director, principal officer, and member of a committee with governing board delegated power also shall submit a complete and accurate list of persons or entities from which such person receives compensation as defined in article ii and/or in which such person holds a material ownership or investment interest other than the beneficial ownership of less than 5 of the outstanding capital stock of any publicly traded entity.
