Ten Sixteen promotes recovery and wellness at every stage of substance misuse using shared experience, proven steps, and supportive accountability. 0 0 2895079 2913694 Community Based Treatment Programs: We have 4 Centers for Recovery and Wellness, serving 6 counties that offer drop in services, treatment for clients dealing with addictions (primarily related to substance use disorder) and multiple educational and community programs. We offer a full range of services from Prevention to Outpatient therapeutic interventions and recovery support services, including both individual and group settings, designed to meet a client's intensity of need and desire to change. Total hours of treatment and coaching provided by our clinicians and recovery coaches in our Outpatient settings were 23,117 in 2023 which was comparable to 22,232 in 2022. The number of clients served in 2023 and 2022 was 885. In our Collegiate Recovery programs we provide screening, education and recovery support services to students on 4 college campuses. We added Delta College in Bay County in 2023. Programming services provided in 2023 totaled 670 hours of programming provided to 278 students. In addition, 172 hours of presentations and social events were provided to a total of 2,900 attendees. The Prevention Program serves students in multiple middle and high schools in 5 counties in our region. In 2023, 649 hours of programming was provided to 1,227 students and 103 events were held that reached 11,544 participants. 1285718 1088063 Residential Substance Use Disorder Treatment Programs: This facility provides Residential 24-hour care for clients with addictions, primarily related to substance use disorder. This structured program offers a variety of therapeutic interventions while building recovery skills. The clients actively engage with others who have recovery experience, building a new network of support. The bed capacity for the facility is 20 beds. The setting for the facility is serene and private, on 18 acres of land which creates a very comfortable environment for clients to work on these changes in their lives. Bed days provided in 2023 were 4,291 which was a 30% increase from 3,291 in 2022, and 220 clients were served in 2023, as compared to 190 in 2022. 628598 700317 Integrated Health Services: The Agency has embedded a recovery coach or other behavioral health professional in the emergency departments of 10 local hospitals. The staff provide brief intervention and referral services to patients with substance use disorder concerns. In 2023, 1,226 clients were served, down slightly from 1,340 in 2022. The Agency also provides recovery coaching services on the premises of federally qualified health centers in Saginaw and Bay counties, coordinating care with their behavioral health professionals. In 2023, 2,268 recovery coaching encounters were provided to 375 clients as compared to 2022 where 3,321 coaching encounters were provided to 465 clients. Most of the decline in services provided in 2023 related to the Bay County location where we had an open Coaching position for several months of the year. The Board looked at survey data from our region of the country for behavioral health organizations as available. Based upon this data, market movements and discussion of the individuals performance, they are make recommendations for compensation adjustments if applicable and if funds are available. These decisions are documented in the minutes of the meeting.
