We have 30 chapters serving thousands of members across more than 20 states nationwide. We also provide regular leadership training and volunteer opportunities. We have also partnered with other non-profit organizations to provide additional support and training to our members on a wide range of topics including fundraising, digital marketing, career coaching, and networking. 418949 0 Litigation - The organization has organized and provided legal assistance with more than 16 class action lawsuits pending at the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission or in Federal Court. We successfully litigated our initial lawsuit Feds for Medical Freedom v. Biden up to the United States Supreme Court. Due to this lawsuit, we received an injunction that was in effect for two years and we were able to protect the careers of an estimated 400,000 federal employees up through and past the rescission of the Executive Order that created the mandates.
