FUNDING REQUIREMENTS AND USE To receive funding from FSW for ministry related activities and support, Ministry Partners should complete the FSW Funding Request Form. Receipt of funds obligates partners to make every effort to meet funding requirements, including but not limited to, a yearly estimated budget, attending required training and meetings, regular reporting, and following safety guidelines and policies. CONFLICTS OF INTEREST Ministry Partners must disclose all potential and known conflicts of interest, such as ownership of a for profit business that offers products/services to people seeking aid. Should a conflict of interest develop, ministry leaders are prohibited from promoting said businesses to those being served in the context of FSW funded services. REPORTING All pastors, ministry partners and organizations that receive funding from FSW must submit regular reports about how funds were utilized. When possible, photocopies or photographs of receipts should be included. This helps FSW stay connected to your work and learn about community needs and best practices, including the activities, accomplishments and challenges that were generated by the funding. For recurring funding, reports are due every six months, with the first report due six months after initial receipt of funds.
