Outside review is done on or about every three years, last done in May 2023. Compensation increases followed in August 2023. Prior to the March 2020 compensation review increases followed in 2020 and 2021. There was no increase in 2022. Employee compensation is based on performance reviews. President with employee's supervisor's recommendations and market analysis determines salaries and hourly wages. This is done annually.
