Part VI, Line 8a In 2023 GYJCA contemporaneously documented all information surrounding the meetings and written actions conducted by the governing body. During that year no committees with authority to act on behalf of the governing body existed and therefore no documentation existed. Part VI, Line 11b GYCAs Executive Director prepared reviewed and approved the Form 990. The form was provided to the full board for review before filing. Part VI, Line 12c GYJCAs legal counsel introduced and counseled board members regarding the conflict of interest policy and how to identify and treat potential conflicts. Part VI, Line 15 Georgia Youth Justice Coalition for Action conducted a compensation analysis by consulting with comparable national and state-based youth organizations in order to ensure the organizations pay structure was competitive and equitable. Compensation was then evaluated by independent persons to ensure the approved compensation was fair.
