The beneficiaries of our efforts are the citizens of Spokane and Spokane County, as well as visitors to our region. The objectives of our grants are to fund community driven initiatives and outdoor programs that enhance public parks, support educational and recreational activities, and create equity and accessibility. Such disclosures will be presented to the Board who will then evaluate whether a conflict is present and may attempt to develop alternatives to remove conflict from the situation. If a conflict does exist, the covered person will not be permitted to vote.
