This report includes printed material related to the project, attendance figures and a declaration signed by organization's Board President attesting to the accuracy of the report. Organizations are also notified that failure to submit the final report excludes them from being able to receive future funding. The Alliance staff reviews all final reports for accuracy and alignment with the proposed project budget and application submission.
