A decision was made to form a diverse community forum with the cooperation and participation of the City Manager City Prosecutor Chief of Police Sheriff and ten community members of diverse representation from within the city. The forum was formally agreed upon by MOU MOA. We conducted public speeches and presentation in Washington DC Colorado California Virginia Tennessee and Texas.
