Judah received its initial non-profit status determination letter from the IRS in 2003. This letter stated Judah is NOT required to file Form 990. Over a 20 year period, Judah and its operations grew substantially. In 2023, due to Judah's 20 year growth, a revised determination letter was received which stated Judah IS required to file Form 990. For the 20 year period that included 2019,2020 and 2021 Judah was not required to file Forms 990 thus schedule A and information to determine public support was not retained.
