Form 990, Part VII, Section A, Line 1 The executive directors compensation is the total cumulative compensation for all three related organizations, the Midland Club, the Odessa Club and the BGC of the Permian Basin. The Midland and Odessa Clubs each bear the personnel costs for their respective staff. All are employees of the BGC Permian Basin for purposes of payroll reporting, taxes, and financial statement reporting. Total compensation is reported under the Permian Basin Club. None is reported by the other two Clubs. Form 990, Part VIII, Line 11a and 11b Effective January 1, 2019, employees of both related clubs are employees of the BGC Permian Basin Club. All payroll functions and benefits for both Midland and Odessa clubs, except for major medical health, dentail and vision insurance is administered under the BGC of the Permian Basin. Each related club pays personnel costs from their operating funds. BGC of the Permian Basin reports the expenses in their audited financial statements and 990 as they are the employer and responsible party. The corresponding amount is reported as Other Support in the statement of activities for the related Clubs personnel.
