Our culture experts taught African recipes, cultural dances, and African games to the youth and adult attendees. Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7b The Community Advisory Council provides recommendations for decisions related to subgranting and monitoring of the social media forums. The Community Advisory Council includes representation from every African region, African American, and Caribbean communities. In the past, many African descent non profits have failed due to the distrust often associated with regional cultural differences and lack of representation at the decision making table. It is important to have a working, active Community Advisory Council that reflects the diversity of the Diaspora and provides transparency leadership and accountability. It will be presented at our Annual WSCACL Summit Meeting.
