FOC services are available to anyone, free of charge, and regardless of income, socioeconomic status, criminal history, recovery, etc.. This program allows families to stay in their home due to disrepair. Homeowners will pay based on their income and that is the revenue that is reported. A review of the financial statements is conducted by an independent accounting firm at the end of the fiscal year. Currently the 2019 review is in progress and due to personnel staffing issues with the accounting firm the organization had to engage a new firm and the 2022 review with an analytical review of 2020-2022 is underway. Oversight of the selection process for the annual review and compilation of the financial statements is with the Exec Committee.
