The Independent Auditor, as requested, meets with the Finance Committee along with the Executive Committee to review and discuss the draft of the Form 990. On behalf of the Finance Committee, the Finance Commitee Chair presents the Form 990 to the Board of Directors for review and adoption prior to submitting to the IRS. Conflict of interest policy compliance Part VI line 12c The conflict of interest policy is reviewed annually at a meeting of the Board of Directors. All Board members are required to certify annually by their signature that they have reviewed the policy, that they understand it, and they will comply with it.
