The Governance Committee is responsible for ensuring adherence to the policy. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 15a A compensation committee designated by the Board annually reviews the compensation of the President/CEO and any key employees. A review is performed to compare the results of the operations of the organization against a written five year plan. The committee also consults with independent third party consultants regarding the reasonableness of the compensation package which is then submitted to the Board for final approval.
