Schedule I, Part I, Line 2 Scholarships to employees of Cayuga Medical Center: The funding is initiated as a loan of up to $4,250 a year, maximum of $21,250 over a five-year span. Each year of the loan, or part thereof, will be repaid by service to Cayuga Medical center for a total of 3,400 hours. Upon satisfying the service agreement, the loan is converted into a scholarship.
