It was including appartatus some of which were fully depercuated over 25years ago. Also, certain equipment items sere priced at list value and not the value paid by the department. The result was a dramatic change the department's true depreciation with now a true assest value. Change in bank and other accounting changes caused the department to have to totally reconstruct its financials for 2022. However, an extemsion was filed and appartently on a continuing yearly basis of October 15th
