(BGA), a 501(c)(4) tax-exempt organization. BGAF and BGA are not considered to be "related organizations" as defined in IRS instructions. BGAF and BGA share certain staff and facilities. Shared expenses are allocated to each entity on a Cost Sharing Agreement based on number of hours worked and other inputs.
