The Finance Committee will review current compensation trends and executive compensation at comparable organizations. Resources for this review will include the non-profit compensation and benefits report published by Arizona State University as well as public information from the 990 tax returns for other regional non-profit organizations that are similar to Childrens Action Alliance in function and/or size.
