The request is compared to B.O.D level resolutions and approvals. As funds are available, they are wired to a dedicated Asante Africa Foundation bank account. Funds can only be removed from in-country bank account with 2/3 signatories (all signatories are B.O.D members of the Asante Africa Foundation-Kenya Asante Africa Foundation-Tanzania or Asante Africa Foundation-Uganda. Released funds are traced through expense reports, receipts, and monthly documentation provided by Asante Africa Foundation country director (KE, TZ or UG).
