Each Board member must sign a statement affirming receipt acknowledgement and compliance with the policy. Any potential conflict is handled by the Board according to the policy. Part VI, Line 15 The Board of Directors and or its Executive Committee review the organization's performance annually and make any adjustments to the CEOs compensation deemed appropriate by the Board and or the Committee. In 2018 a 3rd party consultant was hired to provide comparability data and salary range recommendations for management. In subsequent years the Personnel and Labor Relations Committee of the Board reviews this information along with current salaries with existing unions financial status of the organization counterparts at the County of Erie and programmatic status. The Committee than recommends management salary increases to the Board of Directors for approval.
