Part VI, line 11: A copy of the form 990 is provided to board members via e-mail or in printed form. After the board reviews, edits, it is finalized and filed. Part VI, line 12c: Vibrant Woman-Mama Sana's conflict of interest policy was adopted by the Board of Directors at the organization's board meeting on March 6, 2017. The conflict of interest pollcy is identical to the sample one suggested by the IRS. A copy of the policy is incorporated into Vibrant Woman-Mama Sana's bylaws. As a result of the new conflict of interest policy, a new board has been established and conflicts are notated and reviewed to determine best next steps. Part VI, line 15a: Vibrant Woman-Mama Sana adopted a policy to review management and staff compensation on a yearly basis and to take into consideration other non-profits, the market, and adjust for cost of living. Part VI, line 15b: Vibrant Woman-Mama Sana will review the salary for personnel yearly. The review will be on the current responsibilities, various metrics for growth, and goals orientated performance. Each person will be reviewed separately.
